Distillery Tours at Eight Settlers

We love sharing what we do. At our Cottonwood Heights location, we welcome guests who are curious about our distilling process, our spirits, and the history that inspires us. Transparency is a core value, and we believe the best way to build trust is to open our doors—so when production allows, you’ll have the opportunity to meet our distillers and ask questions about how our spirits are made.

To schedule a tour, simply fill out our request form. While we do our best to accommodate your preferred time, please note that tours must be reserved in advance. As an active production facility, there are times when access may be restricted for safety reasons. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

If you’re interested in trying our spirits, have a seat in our restaurant and one of our serving staff will be happy to guide you through a tasting experience.

Please note:

  • All tour guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID.

  • Unfortunately, no minors or children are allowed inside the distillery.

  • Our distiller will get back with you if the chosen time and date could be accomodated
